Achievements:
From scratch were integrated a commenting database (based on BIMcollab) and developed review procedures and training. This granted the company the ability to implement a transparent review of 3D models of all buildings in the project by multiple disciplines. As a result, numerous issues were found and solved successfully in earlier stages of the project.
